When did you first join Cascade Productions?

July 2013 - I am the baby of the team

 

What is your job and what does it entail?  

Meeting Coordinator, basically venue finding and managing the smaller meetings – also a lot of admin work, commission and the occasional hotel booking.

 

What’s one thing about your job that people don’t know?

I am just office based; I only get to book the venues – the amazing events team (The ‘A’ Team) will take over from there!

But I do get to have parties in the office when the events team are out ….

 

What’s the best part of working at Cascade? 

The people of course!

 

What’s the best part of your job?

Meeting lots of people from different areas of the business and no day is the same!

 

What’s the most challenging part of your job?

Jennifer’s deadlines! And also the everlasting commission challenge.

 

Name one of the most memorable events you’ve been on and why? (if this applies)

I got let out the office once; this was to GAME Supplier’s Event.

 

What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given? 

Jim Kirkpatrick,  "Don’t follow Alan into a revolving door"

Fast, Ever-changing and interesting.

Composed, chirpy and efficient. 

 

If you could swap jobs with anyone on the team for one day who would it be and why? 

Joanne, she always seems to be organising fun parts of the events, for example Cadbury themed rooms and winnebagos!!

 

If you could work on any event in the world what would it be and why? 

I am office based, but I suppose Glastonbury would be amazing, meeting all the cool bands backstage!
