To produce an annual manager’s conference and awards event for 80 senior guests taking inspiration from the theme of 20/20 vision.

Our solution

Held at the convenient travel location of Resort’s World, Birmingham we designed and produced all presentation content used during the event. In-line with the client’s budget, set design was minimal yet crafted to maximise the room’s potential via lighting and layout.

Following the afternoon conference, dinner played upon the glitz and glamour of the Genting brand with the room dressed with impressive table centres in corporate colours. A sumptuous three-course dinner catering to all dietary requirements was served from statement charger plates to enhance ‘the look’ of the room with the awards evening to follow after dessert.

A celebrity host was sourced to compare the awards element and an after-party featuring band and staging brought the day to a close. From the event, guests took away exclusively branded silver gifts.
