To design and produce an immersive, digitally led conference for 200 internal and external delegates.
Creating disruption within the media and digital world was at the forefront of the conference that showcased internal speakers within Dentsu Aegis North as well as speakers from Spotify, Vice and Posterscope.
Held at Media City, within the Dock 10 Studios we created and produced a multi-faceted screen to work with the audience size as well as showcase the content to the highest level.
Months of work was spent developing the production aspects including sound and lighting concepts to work alongside the screen content, to create an immersive and innovative experience across the day.
As well as creating and producing the conference we shot live content on multiple cameras that were vision mixed and livestreamed to an online audience.
