BRIEF & OBJECTIVES
To design and produce a two-day conference for 200 store managers, UK and Worldwide. HomeServe’s conference purpose was to celebrate 20 years of success and a platform to launch the 2020 strategy. The primary objectives to motivate and inspire, celebrate talent within the organisation.
Agenda design, presentation design, video production, delegate registration, accommodation and venue management, exhibitor and keynote presenter management. All staging, technical and rigging, evening entertainment, all onsite management.
SOLUTION & LOGISITICS
The event was a celebration of 20 years in business with afocus on HomeServe’s future. We used businesses that had broken through the 20-30 year barrier to run throughout the event from celebrating and recognising what HomeServe had achieved over the last 20 years to outline ambition and future strategy. 200 delegates flew in from six different countries so we wanted an iconic venue that would be both nostalgic and recognisable to all, so Wembley Stadium was the perfect fit.
The main conference was held in the Bobby Moore suite with staging and back drop that reflected the HomeServe house. A number of delegates were golden ticket winners giving them the opportunity to experience the conference that they may otherwise not have got – they were given VIP treatment upon arrival as well as a personal meet and greet with speakers including Rudy Giuliani.
During the evening an awards ceremony took place in the Royal Box giving winners a chance to walk through the
Wembley tunnel and up the winners walk to collect their award. Images, videos and a live camera relay was shown on the big screens. Delegates were then led into the Bobby Moore suite, assigned teams to compete against each other across 20 varying activities. The informal eveningallowed delegates to socialise, win prizes and let their hair down to the live band.
On the final day we facilitated and managed an exhibition with 10 stands working with delegates across the six countries. We provided artwork, technical and onsite management of the exhibition that enabled delegates to achieve a greater understanding of each area of the business.
Post event cascade sessions arranged in each country supported by communication packs prepared by Cascade, including a key points video. All sessions were made available in full via our online video resource. Every delegate received a goody bag with copies of books supporting the presentation content, along with a signed anniversary history book.
