1996, in my spare bedroom.

Mostly I talk to our team about the hard work they are doing and talk to our clients about the hard work I'm doing!

I have to know how to do everything!

Laughter.

The satisfaction when it all works as planned.

 

What’s the most challenging part of your job?

Time. We always want more time to make things better.

 

Name one of the most memorable events you've been on and why?

A 50th birthday celebration in a glasshouse. Every detail surprised and wowed the guests throughout the night, it just got better and better.

 

What’s the best advice you've ever been given?

Always employ people better than yourself.

Hard. Varied. Exciting.

Impatient, intolerant and a practical-joker.

 

If you could swap jobs with anyone on the team for one day who would it be and why?

Osman. I secretly enjoy doing the accounts.

 

If you could work on any event in the world what would it be and why?

A Royal pageant - I'd love to see the machinery of the monarchy working with the military.
